Flexible Financing for Every Smile
At The Center for Progressive Dentistry, we are a Fee-for-Service practice, which means payment is due at the time of service. This model allows us to provide fully personalized care without the limitations of insurance networks. To make treatment more accessible, we proudly offer Cherry, a flexible financing option that lets you split your payments into smaller, manageable amounts—often with no interest and no hard credit check.
We also accept a variety of traditional payment methods, including cash, checks, credit or debit cards, and in-house financing. Our team is happy to walk you through your options and help you find a solution that works for your needs and budget.
Kids (13 & Under)
All the basic preventative care your child needs to stay happy and healthy. This plan is for patents under 13 years of age.

Adults (over 14)
The perfect plan to maintain your oral health needs. Two hygiene visit a year.
$450/year
Perio Program
For patients that need a little more help with their smile. Cleanings are 2 per year plus 1 Perio Maintenance.
