To help make your first appointment as smooth as possible, we invite you to fill out your new patient forms ahead of time. Completing these forms in advance allows our team to review your medical and dental history and prepare for your visit.

We are a Fee-for-Service practice, which means payment is due at the time of service. This model allows us to focus fully on your individual care without the limitations of insurance-based restrictions. We accept cash, checks, all major credit and debit cards, Cherry financing, and offer in-house financing options. Our goal is to make excellent dental care accessible and manageable—if you have questions about costs or payment plans, we are happy to walk you through your options.
